Evaluating INSTALL as an instructional model to enhance EFL pre-service teachers\u2019 TPACK: A case of three Indonesian universities. <em>Frontiers in Education<\/em>, <em>10<\/em>, Article 1580173. <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3389\/feduc.2025.1580173\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3389\/feduc.2025.1580173<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abstract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis study evaluates the impact of the INSTALL (inquiry-based, technology-saturated, and flipped learning) model on EFL pre-service teachers\u2019 Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) at three Indonesian universities. Using an explanatory mixed-methods design, the study employed paired-sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and thematic analysis on data from 188 pre-service teachers. Quantitative results revealed significant improvements in participants\u2019 TPACK scores following implementation of the INSTALL model. Qualitative findings confirmed that participants responded positively to the model\u2019s integration of inquiry-based learning, technology-rich activities, and flipped classroom structures. The study concludes that the INSTALL model is an effective instructional approach for developing EFL pre-service teachers\u2019 TPACK in Indonesian higher education contexts.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mualim, M., Margana, M., Widyantoro, A., Nguyen, H.
