In particular, the reflections unveiled ways of seeing teaching and learning, learning through sharing experiences, developing technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK), and nurturing professional growth. Cultivating this reflective practice was possible through guided mentoring and collaboration with an instructional design team. Implications for cultivating reflective practice are discussed in light of enhancing the understanding of the complexities that teaching and learning encompass in higher education.
